The West Elk Mountains are shrouded in fog along Kebler Pass in Colorado during autumn. This scene was almost surreal standing here photographing it. The Aspen and foliage was lit up from their color as the fog was rolling over the mountains above the valley. I could very much feel the fresh air filling my lungs as I clicked the shutter.
Hi everybody! I'm a professional photographer who's based in Colorado and captures landscapes, wildlife, nature and country lifestyle images of the state. I shoot using Sony gear and future plans call for offering workshops so others can learn photography, passing art on to others & helping others learn is important to me. I started taking pictures at a very young age where I stole my parents old Kodak 110 and photographed things around my neighborhood at age 5 (I also got in a lot of trouble for it, flash cubes weren't cheap!)
